CURRICULUM
Incorporating the various venues presented, Penrith Farm's focus is to create realistic
experiences that translate from a simple yet challenging lifestyle to the real world as
it is. On a daily basis, these experiences are designed to both challenge and inspire young
adults to make a commitment to change their behaviors and thinking process. Penrith
Farm teaches young adults the benefits of a positive work ethic, effective communication
skills and most importantly taking responsibility for one's actions and outcome. This is
accomplished through the process of Communication, Cooperation
and Completion.
Young adults are taught skills that will help them to become proactive rather than
reactive with the outcome of their decision and thinking process.
