Completion…to

Penrith Farms’ curriculums are designed to help students set goals and follow a well-defined path to completion. We recognize that task completion is learned; therefore, our community is devised to give students several opportunities to meet goals of varying degrees. For instance, every morning students have a goal of rising by 6:15 AM. They have a goal to be at work on time. They have a goal of cooperating with their peers to complete tasks at work. Of course, personal growth in the Penrith community culminates in achieving the ultimate community goal: graduation.
Young adults always have the support of our staff for help in surpassing personal obstacles to task completion. These obstacles may have been in place for some time and kept them from accomplishing prior goals. Success in reaching their goals here increases self-esteem and develops positive coping mechanisms that they can employ after graduation in order to realize their dreams.
