Cooperation…to act or work with another or others: act together to associate with another or others for mutual benefit

The farm community, like the world at large, is an ongoing exercise in working together to complete tasks. Students have a rotating chore list for maintaining the households. Staff members share responsibilities in order to make certain the students and farm are well taken care of. Teams work together to repair structures, care for the horses, nurture and harvest the garden. Cooperation becomes second nature in a community because there is no other way for it to work.

Reality provides ample examples of employing cooperation.
